BTC: Explanation for late disclosure of financial statements

Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has explained of late disclosure of financial statements 2007 and Q1/08 as follows:

Financial statement 2007: there was difference of figures given by Auditing and Informatics Service Company (AISC) and the company.

Financial statement Q1/08: the company has not collected figures and data of projects.

The statement will be disclosed before May 15th 2008.
