Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for HAX on May 16th, 19th & 20th, 2008.

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company; Add: 10 Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 15, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC.
