TS4: Resolution of annual shareholders’ meeting
Seafood Joint-Stock Company No4 (SEAPRIEXCO No.4) has informed of resolution of annual shareholders’ meeting which was held in March 28th 2008 as follows:

Report on business result in 2007
- Profit distribution:
Revenue: VND173 billion, gaining 87% of plan
Profit before tax: VND8.135 billion, gaining 81.35% of plan
Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%
- Set up funds in 2007:
Financial reserve fund: VND350 million
Investment development fund: VND200 million
Reward and welfare fund: VND1,690 million
Bad dept provision: VND500 million
Missions and business plans for 2008:
Total revenue: VND200 billion
Profit before tax: VND13.3 billion
Dividend pay-out ratio: at least 12%/year
Total investment cost: VND271 billion

+ Apartment block at 331 Ben Van Don, Dist.4: VND100 billion
+ A factory at Long Hau Industrial Zone: VND26 billion

Toan Thang Joint Stock Company:
Pass buying 98% of shares of Toan Thang Joint Stock Company at Long Hau Industrial Zone.
Appoint Mr Nguyen Van Luc to be the representative of 90% of shares and chairman of BOD.
Appoint Ms Vo Thi Thanh Trang to be the representative of 8% of shares.
Total investment cost: VND150 billion
8) Authorize BOD to choose an auditing company for 2008.
