Minh Hai Jostoco: Listing stock was approved in principle

Pursuant to Official Document No.728/SGDHCM-NY dated April 1st, 2008 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company (Abbreviation: Minh Hai Jostoco) was approved in principle to list its shares on the exchange. The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the procedure.
