Saigon Hotel Corporation (SAIGON HOTEL) has informed resolution of BOD as follows:
Content 1: Business result in 2007
Total revenue: VND22,874,028,827, increasing 21% compared to 2006
Profit before tax: VND5,911,178,287, increasing 35% compared to plan and 48% against 2006,
Profit after tax: VND4,311,477,166, exceeding 37% of plan and increasing 49% compared to 2006.
Basic earnings per share in 2007: VND2,440/share, increasing VND810/share compared to 2006.
Dividend: VND3,202,107,875, gaining 18.13%/chartered capital
The first dividend payment in advance 2007: VND700/share (7%/chartered capital)
