ViGo opens its third wood processing factory
The ViGo Company on March 15 opened its third wood processing factory in Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
The VND20 billion factory is designed to produce wood for construction and wood furniture with a capacity of 5,000 m3/year.
According to the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors Chairman Vu Khoa, the domestic demand for wooden products is increasing while the Vietnamese market is dominated by imported products at high prices. Therefore, the establishment of Vietnamese wood processing factories is expected to help ease the situation.
Also at the opening ceremony, ViGo Company Director Dang Ngoc Ly expressed his belief that the newly-opened factory, which is equipped by a modern machinery system, will manufacture high quality products at competitive prices to meet the domestic demand.
