BTC: explanation for submitting financial statement late

Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has explained of submitting its financial statement for Q4/07 late as follows:

The accounting system of the company had errors. Although it submitted the financial statement on March 13th 2008, it was later than the extended time dated February 20th 2008 approved by HOSE.
