VFMVF1: An annual shareholders’ meeting

Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VFMVF1) has informed of holding an annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Venue: 3rd floor, Sheraton Saigon hotel, 88 Dong Khoi, Dist.1, HCMC.

Contents of the meeting:

+Report on business result and plan of distributing profit in 2007.

+Report on activities of representative of fund, re-elect 1/3 of members of board of fund representative.

+Activities of VFMVF1 for 2008

Shareholders in the shareholder list on the record date February 15th 2008

If cannot attend, shareholders can authorize others. This is not done to the third one.
