Subsidiary of construction giant Lilama Corp to list in Ha Noi

Lilama 69-2, a subsidiary of State-owned construction giant Lilama Corporation will list shares with the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre in the second quarter of this year.

The company also plans to raise charter capital this year from 30 billion VND (1.8 million USD) to 90 billion VND (5.6 million USD), and projects revenues of 188.8 billion VND.

Lilama 69-2, which primarily produces household electronics, last year posted a gross profit of 8 billion VND on a revenue of 110 billion VND. It paid a dividend of 16 percent in 2007.
