PM approves equitisation of Mekong Housing Bank
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung gave the nod on March 24 to a plan to equitise the Mekong Housing Development Bank (MHB).
The State will hold 68.10 percent of the bank’s chartered capital of nearly 94 million USD (1.5 trillion VND) with the remaining 31.90 percent going public through share issuance.
The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) will be responsible for managing the state-owned capital at MHB.
