Hochiminh City Metal Corporation has announced the meeting date and meeting venue for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting as follows:

Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, 14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, Dist.3, HCMC.
Contents of the meeting:
Business reports in 2007 and plans for 2008;
+Profit distribution and dividend payment;
+Reports from the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;
+Voting 1/3 of members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;
+Supplementing the regulation;
+Remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2007 and 2008;
+Choosing the auditing company for the fiscal 2008;
+Approving the fact that Director General will also be the Chairman of BOD;
+Approving the plan of changing the company’s form.
