Profit after tax: VND386,351,746,000
Article 2: Pass dividend payment in 2007
Payable date: May 26th 2008
Pay-out ratio: 18% for the year of 2007, in which the first payment in advance is 12%/par value, the second time is 6%/par value.
Payment method: cash
Finance source of payment: undistributed profit till December 31st 2007.
Article 3: The resolution is valid from March 1st 2008.
