Click&Phone takes 62nd chair on bourse

The Click&Phone Securities Company became the 62 nd member of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

The company already joined the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre some two months ago.

On February 25, the States Securities Commission allowed Click&Phone to increase its charter capital from 30 billion VND (1.87 million USD) to 135 billion VND (8.5 million USD).

The company has sold more than 6.6 million shares or 49 percent of its charter capital to the Republic of Korea’s Golden Bridge Securities and Investment Company.
