SSC: Explanation for the increase in business result Q4/2007

The Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) has informed of the reason of increase in business result Q4/2007 against Q3/2007 as follows:

Profit before tax:

Quarter 3/2007: VND4,312,908,762

Quarter 4/2007: VND3,166,643,352

The profit before tax in Quarter 4 decreased by 26.6% (equivalent to VND1,146,265,410) because the change in the structure of products: The rate of the products which get the high profits (such as corn, vegetables) was less than the rate of others which get the low profits (such as agricultural products).
