1. Pass the audited financial statement 2007

2. The second dividend payment in cash 2007:  5%

The record date: March 7th 2008

Payable date: March 28th 2008

Estimated time of shareholders’ meeting: April 17th 2008

3. Use capital from the following funds:

Financial reservation fund: VND3 billion

Welfare fund: VND7 billion

Reward fund: VND3 billion

Management reward fund: VND0.5 billion

4. Pass the plan of financial investment in 2008

5. Pass the following issues:

Adjust some regulations

Change name of Directing Board:

Director → Director General

Vice Director → Deputy Director General

Policy of internal management

Plan of calculating risk of the yen price.
