BF1: The BOD of PRUBFM changes

Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company announced the change of the Board of Directors (BOD) as follows:

New members:

Mr. Hwang Sung Ho (Nationality: Korean) and Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich (Nationality: Canadian) were appointed as BOD members on January 22nd, 2008. 

Therefore, the BOD will consist of:

Mr. Huynh Thanh Phong (Nationality: Canadian) : Chairman

Mr. Hwang Sung Ho (Nationality: Korean): Member

Mr. Julian Christopher Vivian Pull (Nationality: UK) : Member        

Mr. Alexander John Hambly (Nationality: UK): Member

Mr. Peter Keegan Williams (Nationality: UK) : Member

Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich (Nationality: Canadian) : Member and acting CEO of Prudential Vietnam Fund Management Company.
