TCR - resolution of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Article 1: Pass additional listing

Transfer 2,100,000 shares to some shareholders of the company, then implement additional listing on HOSE.

Article 2: Pass authorizing BOD to deploy additional issuance to raise chartered capital

Authorize BOD to make detailed plan about offering objects, prices for additional issuance.

BOD will process the fractional parts and the shares which shareholders refuse to exercise right.

Authorize BOD to make list of employees, key employees and strategic investor for distribution

Authorize BOD to do procedures relating issuance.

Article 3: Pass additional listing

BOD had decided to list additional shares on HOSE.
