PJT: Receive a license for the additional share issuance

On January 8th, 2008, the Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) was granted License No. 275/UBCK-GCN to offer its shares to the public as follows:

Stock type:         Common Stock

Par value:            VND10,000/ share

Total offering volume: 3,500,000 shares (for PJTACO’s existing shareholders)       

Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the license.

Offering method: according to PJTACO’s prospectus.
