PET - resolution of shareholders’ meeting

Petrovietnam Tourism & Services Joint Stock Company (Petrosetco) has informed of resolution of shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Listing 30,000,000 shares on HOSE

Article 2: Suggest the State Securities Commission to reduce transference time of 1,276,500 shares from 5 years to 3 years

Article 3: Supplement some business functions:

+Trade in computers, computer components, software, telecomunication equipments.

+Produce and trade in biological fuel, CO2, NH3, cattle food.

+Trade in liquid gas
