HTV - resolution of BOD

Hatien Transport Joint Stock Company (HaTien Transco) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Mr Ly Tan Hue has been appointed to be chairman of BOD instead of Mr Mai Van Yen.

Mr Mai Van Yen has resigned as a member of BOD.

Mr Ngo Minh Lang has been nominated to be the representative of contribution of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation at HATIEN TRANSCO instead of Mr Mai Van Yen
