SGC – resolution of BOD

Sagiang Import-Export Corporation (Sagimexco Dong Thap) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Mr Pham Huu Qua – Vice chairman of BOD and Deputy Director General is appointed to manage operation of Sagimexco Dong Thap from now to time of annual shareholders’ meeting 2007 (at the end of March 2008).

Appoint one member of BOD in the annual shareholders’ meeting 2007.
