CII – Use capital from share issuance
Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has informed of using capital from share issuance as follows:
Offering volume: 10,000,000 shares
Time of buying registration: from August 30th 2007 to September 27th 2007
Total amount from issuance: VND349,306,900,000
The capital is contributed to the following companies:
+Thu Duc Water B.O.O Corporation: VND72,640,000,000
+Dong Tam Water B.O.O Corporation: VND7,875,000,000
+Phu My Bridge B.O.T Joint Stock Company: VND16,000,000,000
Total: VND96,515,000,000
The remaining amount is used in 2008 to contribute to Thu Duc Water B.O.O Corporation, Kenh Dong Water Supply Joint Stock Company, Dong Tam Water B.O.O Corporation and Phu My Bridge B.O.T Joint Stock Company. Capital for these projects 2008 is estimated around VND253.5 billion.
