TCM – set up a hotel

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Joint Stock Company (T.C.TEX) has informed of contributing to set up a company as follows:

T.C.TEX  has cooperated with Vietnam Golf Tourism Joint Stock company (VinaGolf) and Huong Phong Co., Ltd.  build  a hotel with the area of 7,691.2 m2 at 90 Ha Long, Vung Tau City.

Contribution rate as follows:

Vietnam Golf Tourism Joint Stock company (VinaGolf):     40% (VND20 billion)

Huong Phong Co., Ltd.:                                                    30% (VND15 billion)

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Joint Stock Company:          30% (VND15 billion)

Chartered capital:           100% (VND50 billion).
