Appoint Mr Nguyen Hong Quan to be Deputy Director General in charge of accounting, dealing on own accounts and auditing as from March 1st 2007.

Appoint Ms Nguyen Thi Minh Ha to be Deputy Director General in charge of law and supervision as from April 10th 2007.
