AGF – resolution of BOD

An Giang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Contribute VND100 billion to SSI Vision Fund, equivalent to 6.66% of chartered capital.

Authorize Ngo Phuoc Hau, chairman of BOD to be the representative of the company in SSI Vision Fund.
