Thu Duc Steel to make IPO

The Thu Duc Steel Joint Stock Co will make an initial public offering of nearly three million shares on the HCM City Stock Exchange on November 16.

The shares will be auctioned at an initial price of 13,000 VND per share.

Investors can register to buy shares from November 8-14.

The company, specializing in trade and production of steel and materials used in steel production, has a charter capital of 111.14 billion VND (6.9 million USD.
