HBC – inform of projects
HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HOA BINH CORPORATION) has announced the following information:
Cooperate with Vinh Tien Corporation to implement the project of Binh An Plaza apartment building in Dist. 8 with area of 110,000 m2. Total investment cost is VND650 billion, HBC contributes 49%.
Invest to the project of Nhi Thanh-Long An industrial zone with area of 125.4 ha. Total investment cost is VND331 billion, HBC contributes 55%, 30% of PetroVietnam Finance Company (PVFC), 15% of BIDV Securities Company Ltd. (BSC)
Ernst & Young is chosen to audit 2007 annual financial report of the company.
Asia Project Consultants Company (Singapore) is chosen to consult, design and manage the project of C17-1-1 leased office building.
BIDV increases limit of short-term loan and underwriting from VND185 billion to VND380 billion.
BIDV and PVFC sponsor HBC to make a long term loan of VND290.7 billion within 12 years for the project of C17-1-1 leased office building.
