GMD: Set up a joint venture

The General Forwarding & Agency Corporation (GEMADEPT) has set up joint venture company “Vung Tau General Forwarding & Agency Corporation” with the chartered capital of VND96 billion at 1/1A Pham Hong Thai Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.

GEMADEPT’s investment is 70% of the joint venture’s chartered capital.
