HoSE announces the record date for additional issuance of stock and a ballot for listing additional shares as follows:

Ex-right date:     October 16th 2007   

Record date:    October 18th 2007   

Purpose: additional issuance of stock and a ballot for listing additional shares

Issue to existing shareholders:

Registered volume for issuance: 2,000,000 shares

Purpose: raise capital for the projects, supplement liquid capital and invest into financial projects.

Issuing method

Exercise ratio: 2:1 (On the record date, shareholder who owns 1 shares will have 1 right; 2 rights can buy 1 additional share. The number of shares is rounded in unit. The fractional parts and the shares which shareholders refuse to exercise right will be offered to employees and strategic partners at the price not less than the one to existing shareholders)

For example:  On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 115 shares will have right to buy 115 x ½ = 57.5 shares. After being rounded in unit, he actually have right to buy 57 shares.

Transference principle: the right is not limited to transfer.

Issuing price: VND15,000/share

Transference period: from November 1st 2007 to November 26th 2007

Time for registering and depositing money to purchase the shares: from November 1st 2007 to November 29th 2007

Place to receive buying orders’ registration and deliver prospectus:

Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited

Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at VITALY, 2/34 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
