VNM: VINAMILK contributed funds to Lam Son Co

The Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (VINAMILK) has finished contributing funds to the Milas Joint-stock Company (*). The VINAMILK holds 55% of the chartered capital and is a member of the BOD and Managing Board of the Milas Joint-stock Company.

Actually, the Milas Joint-stock Company is renamed “Lam Son Dairy Products Joint-stock Company” (*). Its chartered capital is VND80 billion. The head-office is at Le Mon Industrial Zone, Thanh Hoa City. Its main businesses are producing and trading canned milk, powdered milk, baby food, other dairy products, biscuits, Soya milk, soft drink; trading sugar, farming & breeding. Its cow flock will be about 1,000 cows.
