Record date:    October 25th 2007   

Purpose: a ballot for Chairman of BOD could also be in charge of Director General , change of issuance method of stock to raise capital passed in annual shareholders’ meeting 2006.

Implementation date: November 9th 2007

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VFC on October 24th, 25th & 26th 2007.
