Vinacomin subsidiaries auction off shares

Two subsidiaries of the Viet Nam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) will auction a combined 4.277 million shares with face value of 10,000 VND at the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre in November.

The Mong Duong Coal joint stock companies will offer more than 2.4 million shares on November 8 and Ha Lam Coal will auction 1.8 million shares on November 12, respectively at a starting price of 11,000 VND.

The two companies have charter capital of 120.8 billion VND (7.5 million USD) and 93 billion VND (5.8 million USD).
