HAP – resolution of shareholders’ meeting

Hapaco Corporation (HAPACO) has informed of resolution of shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Pass listing additional shares in the issuance for 2007 (18,000,000 shares is equal to total par value of VND180,000,000,000)

The resolution is effective from October 18th 2007.
