DIC – resolution of BOD

DIC Investment and Trading Joint stock Company (DIC–INTRACO) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Authorize Nguyen Duc Hai, member of BOD and Director General to be the representative of contribution of 30% of capital, equivalent to VND60 billion in Huu Nghi 2 Cement Joint Stock Company.

Authorize Dao Anh Phuong Quyen, Deputy Director General to be representative of contribution of 19% of capital, equivalent to VND38 billion in Huu Nghi 2 Cement Joint Stock Company
