Comparison of business results between Q3 and Q2, 2007

Profit before tax in Q2/07: VND275,020,074,564

Profit before tax in Q3/07: VND182,633,556,761

Difference (decrease): VND92,386,517,803

Ratio of decrease (%): 33.59%

Reasons:

Mobilizing capacity of thermal factories usually reduces in the rainy season. Meanwhile, there was only decrease of fuel expense, other expenses still remained unchanged thus, profit in Q3 was down much compared to Q2.
