BBC – set up Eastern BIBICA
BIBICA Corporation (BIBICA) has announced the following information:
BIBICA has held opening ceremony of Eastern BIBICA Company – the first stage at My Phuoc 1 Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province.
The company has been started working from January 22nd 2007 with area of 40,000 m2. Total investment cost for the first stage is VND86 billion. Invested equipment for the first stage is production line of premium cake, its capacity can be up to 3,500tons/year, the average revenue is VND90 billion and average profit is VND10 billion per year.
Eastern BIBICA Company (the second stage)
The company estimates to invest VND150 billion to develop the product range of milk powder and nutritious food. This range brings benefits to the company.
Capital for the second stage has been raised from issuance method of shares which was passed in annual shareholders’ meeting on March 24th 2007 and then, adjusted and supplemented to rising chartered capital in extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on September 22nd 2007
