ALT – add contents in a ballot

ALTA Company (ALTA) has informed of using shareholder list on the record date October 18th 2007 with purpose of adding some contents in a ballot:

Add function of business: provide value added services on telecommunication network

Restructure production system: set up ALTA Plastic Manufacturing Export Import Joint Venture Company (ALTA holds 50% - foreign partner holds 50%)

Register to increase chartered capital: VND24,607,100,000 thus, new chartered capital is VND39,951,250,000

Time for sending and receive letters: from November 1st 2007 to November 17th 2007
