HoSE and PetroVietnam hook up

The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) and the Viet Nam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) inked a cooperation agreement on September 27.

Under the deal, HoSE will assist PetroVietnam in completing legal documents and procedures for the bidding and listing of its subsidiaries’ stocks. They will also exchange information and coordinate in training PetroVietnam staff on securities trading.

A PetroVietnam official said the group will encourage its subsidiaries to list at the HoSE.
