VSC: BoD approves to issue shares the dividend payment

On June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

1)       Stock name: Stock of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation

2)       Stock type: common share

3)        Outstanding volume: 121,269,397 shares

4)        Expected issue volume: 12,126,939 shares

5)       Total issue value: VND121,269,390,000

6)        Issue ratio: 10:1

7)        Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

8)       Implement date: expected in 2023

9)       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
