The Board resolution dated May 05, 2023, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved to invest in Vietnam Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company (CIC) (CIC is related party to Mr. Ly Thanh Nha – Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Cao Viet Bach – member of the Supervisory Board). Accordingly, the ownership purpose of TGG at CIC to 65% charter capital.
