SVT: BOD resolution dated May 04, 2023

The Board of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company (SVT) issued the Board resolution dated May 04, 2023 to approve the additional capital contribution at Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company with the total amount of 2,747,200 shares (equivalent to VND 42,032,160,000). Accordingly, SVT will own 35,75%/ charter capital of Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company after trading.
