SZL: Signing an agreement with related person

On May 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the signing of the agreement between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and Sonadezi College of Technology and Management (organization related person to Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan – member of the BOD of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company). Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
