TGG: Signing agreement with UHY

The Board resolution dated April 27, 2023, the Board of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company approved the signing of the agreement with UHY Auditing and Consulting Limited to audit its financial statement in 2022 and review its financial statement in 2021 to replace Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited (AASC).
