On April 05, 2023, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company announced the personnel change of the BOD. Accordingly, Ms. Trinh Thi My Hanh will be not the independent member of the BOD due to the relationship with the Chief Accountant – Mr. Pham Hoang Phuong.
