On May 24, 2023, Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company announced the following personnel changes for the term 2021-2026 from May 23, 2023:

1. The appointment of Mr. Bui Tuan Duy as Vice General Director cum person in charge of corporate governance.
2. The resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thao Huong – person in charge of corporate governance.
