PDN: Resolution on the AGM 2023 On April 20, 2023, Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:
1) The AGM approved the business results in 2022 and plan for 2023:
- Business result in 2022:
- Total revenue: 1,084,232,394,395 dongs
- Profit before tax: 292,226,917,399 dongs
- Business plan in 2023:
- Total revenue: 990,000,000,000 dongs
- Profit before tax: 270,000,000,000 dongs
- Distributed profit after tax: 216,000,000,000 dongs
2) The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board for the business activities, the BOD activities and General Director in management; the financial statement in 2022 audited by RSM Auditing and Consulting Company Limited.
3) The AGM approved the profit allocation in 2022 and plan for 2023:
- The profit allocation in 2022:
- Distributed profit: 234,129,856,265 dongs
- Appropriation of funds: 115,688,534,000 dongs
- Remaining profit after fund distribution: 118,441,322,265 dongs
- Remaining profit from previous year: 50,698,438,734 dongs
- Undistributed remaining profit transferred to next year: 76,529,990,999 dongs.

5) The AGM approved the plan of share issuance to increase capital from owner’s equity:
