PGI: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On April 20, 2023, Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announced the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1)      The AGM approved reports of the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023; the financial statement in 2022 audited by Deloitte Viet Nam Company Limited; the business result in 2023.

• Revenue:   4,837.9 billion dongs
• Profit before tax:   255.6 billion dongs
• Dividend:  12%

2)      The AGM approved the report of the Audit Committee.

3)      The AGM approved the proposal on the selection of the audit unit to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2023.

4)      The AGM approved the proposal on the profit allocation in 2022.

5)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023.

6)      The AGM approved the proposal on the settlement of the salary and remuneration fund for members of the BOD in 2022.

7)      The AGM approved the proposal on salary and remuneration of the BOD in 2023.

8)      The AGM approved the resignation of members of the BOD for the term 2019-2024.
