The Board resolution dated April 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2023 as follows:

-          Report of the Board of Directors;

-          Report on the business result in 2022 and plan for 2023;

-          Audited financial statements in 2022;

-          Report on the result of implementing projects in 2022 and plan for 2023;

-          Approving the amendment of the Company’s charter;

-          Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023;

-          Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2022 and plan for 2023;

-          Approving the credit limit plan in 202;

-          Approving the election of member of the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2028.
