LM8: Resolution on the AGM 2023 On April 15, 2023, Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:
1) The AGM approved the business result in 2022:
- Total revenue: 1,374.168 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 21.269 billion dongs
- Dividend: 9.339 billion dongs
2) The AGM approved the business plan in 2023:
- Net revenue: 1,262.862 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 16.513 billion dongs
- Estimated dividend: 10%
3) The AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board activities in 2022.
4) The AGM the audited financial statement in 2022.
5) The AGM approved the profit allocation in 2022:
- Undistributed profit from the previous year: 8,585,224,304 dongs
- Profit in 2022: 21,268,539,322 dongs
- Profit after tax in 2022: 14,506,915,194 dongs
- Profit after tax in 2022 to distribute to funds: 14,506,915,194 dongs
