CTG: Signing agreements with VBI

On April 28, 2023, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade issued the Board Resolution (VietinBank). Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank unanimously approved to sign agreements on guarantee, property mortgage and pledge of valuable papers between VietinBank and VietinBank Insurance Corporation – VBI (VBI is a subsidiary of VietinBank).
